It's getting worse for Pacquiao.
“Disclosure is a big thing for us, and honesty,” Cisco Aguilar, the Nevada Athletic Commissioner chairman told the Daily News Monday. “The commission at some point will have to discuss (Pacquiao's medical questionnaire). I've got to run through the process with the (Nevada) Attorney General (Adam Laxalt). But they do sign that document under the penalty of perjury.”
In addition to possible perjury charges looming, if a lawyer for Pacquiao signed the medical questionnaire, the lawyer might have a license issue. And there is case law that supports a possible class-action suit, where ticket holders could argue they didn't get what was promised - had Pacquiao been 100% healthy, it could have been a more entertaining fight.
To make matters worse, Pacquiao and his promoter, Top Rank, released a statement Monday that said his advisers notified the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency — which oversaw drug testing for the fight — of Pacquiao's right shoulder injury well before the May 2 bout "during training." The statement also said USADA "confirmed in writing that the proposed treatments, if used, were completely allowed."
Sources told The News, however, that Pacquiao's camp never informed USADA of the boxer's shoulder injury, and that the two calls his camp made to USADA prior to the fight were inquiries into whether certain substances Pacquiao was considering using were prohibited or not.
Pacquiao's statement also said that the medication “approved for fight night was a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (Toradol).” Aguilar said Pacquiao's team made a request hours before the fight for a lidocaine shot and anti-inflammatories.
Lies, lies, lies.Comment

Jeez, give Manny a break already now NSAC is gonna make more of an ass of itself by giving out a punishment. No wonder people hate government agencies. They act like the world is high school. Talk about a trivial, petty thing to do. All for what was probably a paperwork error and we still do not know the truth about it. He might not checked the box, but he informed NSAC of the injury by other means prior to the fight.
As for everyone pouring on Manny, it is just way too much. You guys are complaining about Manny more than he is complaining. You all act as if this is new. Every fighter rarely admits that they lost unless it is by ko. Fighters are prideful and every single fighter who loses uses the phrase I don't want to make excuses, but.....
It is a normal part of the sport, and everyone here is acting like Manny just invented it. There is a difference though Manny actually had an injury and NSAC refused him treatment. It is different than Bradley bcuz Bradley injured his feet by running for his life during the fight. Floyd did not inflict this injury to Manny with his offense. Manny had an injury during training which got worse during the fight, it is that simple. So lay-off already. Great fighters always react like this. This reminds me of the 1st Chavez vs De La Hoya fight. It is identical except one had a previous cut and the other had a shoulder injury. And no one can say that Chavez's injury did not effect the fight, it was bloody apparent. Same thing with Manny.Comment

It's over. Pac got sold out. Only a blind man can't see the stacks were against him from the very start.
Word on the streets pac's final fight will be in his country. It's over for PAc,that was the longest streak a man can get facing all odds.
Pac did great in his career, having to fight with one hand and give Floyd all that he can muster, shows pac's tremendous heart and skill.
Stand tall Manny. You won in the hearts of boxing fans all over the world.Comment
