Floyd is the master boxer hit but not get hit. Mostly tapping punches like an amateur. PPV should be reserved for boxers who will deliver action not dancing with the stars.

Lol. Floyd was never hurt. He got caught with really good punches yes, but hurt? No. You can tell when a fighter is hurt by looking at his legs and balance. If his legs look rubbery and he's barely standing up, he's hurt. Watch when Floyd got caught by Mosley, Floyd was hurt in that fight. If Floyd was truly hurt, he recovered within about 2 seconds. And when a fighters truly hurt, it takes appromately 15 - 45 seconds to recover. Floyd might have been pushed back from the force of a punch, but he was never in danger of going down.

I am a bit more kind than that because I do think Manny tried his best and while Floyd made it look easy the way he played it was fully to win the best (or easiest) way possible.

There was no **** around in Floyd that night, there were some things Manny showed also but he only has so many options and Floyd held key advantages.

I saw great big man beat great little man, and watched Floyd play it to perfection again.

I could see why people might be upset that Manny was cool loosing a boxing contest without fully selling out, but I don't see much shame in him getting outboxed by Floyd.

Whatever I can afford to be a boxing hipster on this fight lol, who can talk **** to me about it.

Well it appeared he was hurt because he sat on the ropes and got pummeled with combinations a couple times

And those couple of times were the only times where Pacquiao seemed effective. You're going to see a lot of gifs of that happening and people are going to try in vein to use that as evidence that Pacquiao should have won, when in reality he won 5 rounds tops.

And 5 rounds is generous. Here's a replay so everyone can review it again.

They also kept Manny very defensive. Those pity pat punches did their job. They kept Manny thinking too much and slowed down his offense. They were the main reason why Floyd won.
One thing for Floyd to know what his jabs do and one thing for judges to see what's connecting. They see jabs connecting even if they were pity pat and if it's Floyd fighting usually it's a score because he is economical and accurate. Floyd fought in the olympics, he knew how to win amateur style. Those jabs count. Sadly, it's more of professional judging's fault than Floyd's.

Okay, but maybe the judges saw and realized that this was a pro Floyd pace. A slow fight favors Floyd. Floyd looked more and more comfortable as the fight progressed. If you're judging a fight, basically it's who would you rather be at the end of a round. More so than not, Manny wasn't able to do what he wanted to. Floyd did. Therefore, Floyd won.
