The hype might not be there but it will still out sell any other fight Floyd makes.

Manny needs to look good in his next fight, Floyd complete his contract, than sell it at a standard PPV price and stick it in a stadium so real fans can have a chance of watching

I dunno, I think there's reason enough to believe the rematch can be compelling. The fight was certainly competitive enough and definately profitable enough to at least entertain the thought.

PAC would surely up the activity and the familiarity by both fighters with each other now should provide an added wrinkle of curiosity with the adjustments in strategy.

This wasn't a Canelo beat down and a rematch is certainly more justifiable for Pac than say, the 2nd Morales fight so there's reason to believe a rematch is a possibility.

I think it can sell. Even at half the PPV buys of last Saturday, I think its still the biggest money fight for both.

Based on what exactly? By the 5th Floyd was sticking his chin out, hands down, and laughing at Pac's feints.

Pac can't get inside on Floyd without selling his soul. This fight will play out like Jennings-Klitschko every time.

having said that, Floyd's jab was excellent...
Floyd could have and his father was telling him to. However, Floyd didn't need to. He was already dominating. He was well prepared for a dog fight IF that became necessary.

Floyd did exactly what I said he would years ago. He was highly focused (like I said he was) when everyone was saying coward this and coward that. Those people must of felt ****** watching how wrong they had been with their predictions.

At the end of the day, Pac and his corner was a bunch of chickens running with their heads cut off. I want to know what blue print they had. Was it the don't punch, cut off the ring, or land any punches?

Roach and Pac had 6 years to understand what they where going up against. Any educated boxing fan knew what to expect from Floyd. Pac didn't show up. He was a joke and the ones who are pissed off the most are the ones that invested a lot of emotional stock into what the media sold them about Manny.

At least the pac fans and casuals alike can finally see why this fight didn't happen 6 years ago. Bob Arum knew exactly what was going to happen.

He was mocking manny by tapping his gloves. Pac couldn't do **** and Floyd was calling him out on it.

To be fair, as long as Floyd fights his fight to win and not to entertain, then a healthy Pacquiao would still have lost.

Based on criticism and the way the fight was scored. People adjust in rematches and one can argue that inactivity was the main criticism of his performance. I'm confident PAC will up the output, and whether it leads him to a sleeper right hand counter or not, it would still make the fight more compelling.

Screw that. I was confident that Pacquiao would have kicked Mayweather's ass this past Saturday. It was the biggest fight and would have been the biggest accomplishment of his career. He failed to do it, and Mayweather did only what was necessary to win. To charge the kind of money they charged, should have meant that somebody should have had to visit the ER after that fight. A rematch sounds like a plot to milk the cash cow.

Floyd's legacy is one filled with ducking, unfair competition. It's not rosy now, nor will it be in 50 years. Nobody will miss him. Happened the first time.
