You can tell Alex still cares for Manny and is pissed with the way he performed as well as with the way his team handled it. I like how at the post fight conference when Arum introduced the shoulder injury how that reporter called him out and said "well if you knew about this a few weeks ago, why didn't you postpone the fight?"

And the press has made him bigger and better than he actually is. Giving him trainer of the year every year when he does not deserve it most of the time. I hate to say it, bcuz I hate people who play the race card, but it is bcuz he is white. White people can't have a great white hope so they have settled for a great white trainer. We all know who is the greatest trainer ever and that is Emanuel Stewerd, not Freddie Roach. And Emanuel's fighters actually won titles once they brought him on board, they got better, hell he even rebuilt fighters after their careers were left for dead. Just ask Lennox Lewis and Vladimir Klitschko. Roach has never done that.
You can tell every time he does an interview it is me, me, me. He talks as if he wins the fight, as if he does it all and the fighter is just a puppet of his boxing genius. He does this with Miguel Cotto all the time even with Manny. Manny does need a new team, but he will never go for it. BTW I do believe Roach got rid of Ariza out of jealousy. That is how selfish he is, he knew Ariza got great results with Manny and he fired him. What kind of trainer does that. He would rather have Manny's career suffer out of jealousy like some teenage girl.

Ariza is 100% right!!...Roach is a clown!!..before the fight he went on for years about Floyd's legs being gone...after 36 minutes of boxing 101 taught to Roach's fav pupil by professor Floyd...all of sudden Floyd's legs returned and allowed him to run all night...smh When will people start to see through that transparent overrated trainer...Roach is full of ish!!

Ariza has a point on everything. Fighters get injured all the time and that's a fact but the key is to address the issues fast and effectively with know how. Arum, Roach and Pacquiao are snake oil salesmen. They talked the most over the build up to this fight but never once tried to let people know that they were human or Manny could be hurt. People knew about Floyd injuring himself but dude still fought, shut Pacquiao out BUT STILL gave Manny credit but all Pacquiao did was give excuses. I think he finally did himself in. "God will deliver Floyd in my hands" that is a bold ass statement to only get beat effortlessly and then cry about it after basically using the lord's name in vain. Roach has always been overrated, he went on and on about Floyd's legs being shot to only have to eat his words. He doesn't know squat and won his fights off of catch weights and exploiting fighters handicaps. What you reap is what you sow.

Where is Freddie? He's been extremely quiet. No quotes, comments, etc. Guess he's in hiding. Worst trainer in the game.

I agree with Alex all the way. I disagree, however, with the people on this board saying that Roach aint *****....His past is 10x better than his present as far as training is concerned. I do feel that at this very moment, it's probably best that Freddie hang it up

I agree with ariza, they should have postponed the bout. The fans are the ones whom took the lost. They charged 100 bucks to see a fighter that was at tops, 75%. No excuses, Mayweather clearly outclassed pacman. It just doesn't sit well with me, knowing that this fight was not about the fans. This fight was a " money grab". I'm very proud of myself for not spending one dimensional to see this fight. The way I feel now is, both may and pac should retire, because I won't be watching neither guy fight again. I don't care if it's free, I'm done with both guys.
