I agree on the point of brainwashing going on to blind the people from the fact that it was bad fight, and neither boxers did their job for the money received.

I think the winner for me yesterday was Marquez, I used to under appreciate his work with pacquiao. But with PEDs or not, he was there to fight.

However, Pacquiao took rounds 4-7 DECISIVELY, while being the aggressor in rounds 8-12, which were too close to call.

Additionally, many of the shots "perceived" to have hit Pacquiao flush, were actually the sounds of Floyd's gloves hitting Manny's.

In that respect, Pacquiao clearly won the fight. Mayweather should have a loss from both him and Maidana, as far as I'm concerned.

HOWEVER, Pacquiao, his team and EVERYONE else knew the only way for him to get a win, regardless of how legitimately far ahead they may have been was to knock Mayweather out.

Lastly, I'm sure I happen to be one of the very few who actually enjoyed watching the fight. Both fighters were extremely quick, tactical and did what they did best.
You clearly A.) Didn't watch the fight, B.) Looked at the punch stats which shows how one-sided it was & C.) All the excuses that Pacquiao's team kept making, I can't wait until Pacquiao gets dropped in his next fight. The man is done, he needs to hang them up unless he fights lower B-class level fighters.

The American won, deal with it.

Pac fanboys are too dumb to realise by discrediting Mayweather for his win is basically discrediting Pacquiao completely.

Pacquiao has had a great career but he lost to Mayweather, there's actually no shame in that at all. Mayweather is a living legend of the ring, love him or hate him. If you wanted to save face and keep your belief in your guys greatness, you would be better off saying that it took a special fighter to beat Pacquiao because he's also a great fighter. By trying to diminish Mayweather, you're really dragging Pacquiao down even lower.

Pacquiao could probably become more hated than Mayweather if he/top rank/roach and the fans keep up their antics and excuses from after this fight.

People would have massive respect for him if he had come out and told the truth and said he was just beaten by a great boxer. So what, it's sport and sometimes there's a guy who's just better than you.

Because he is an American black trademark in which they invested years of hype and polarization.

Sorry, but Boxing is a black American sport, or at least where most of money always comes.

They will never take him down unless there is another black star in rise. Or you will get something like post-Tyson heavyweight era.

I believe Broner was the star-in-making, now i think even if Mayweather retires, he will come back 45 years old to handoff the baton.

It's all my personal opinions, I'm ok if they are wrong.

The few punches that Pacquiao landed were more powerful. He did more damage in round four alone than Floyd did for the entire fight despite an injured shoulder limiting his offense.

              Now lets subtract the following:

How many were out of prime?
              How many were inactive?
              How many were drained?
              How many were injured?
              How many were inconsistent?
              How many were green?
How many didn't belong or just entered the division just to fight Floyd?

Manny took away Floyd's left jab to the body. He took away his jab as well. He countered very effectively. Every time he hit Floyd he hurt him. And for those saying Floyd has under rated power, HE DOESN'T. He had at least a 10 pound advantage over Manny and couldn't hurt him. He used forearms to keep Manny at bay as well. 118-110? 116-112? I gave Floyd 4 rounds at best. He won the 1st, 8th, and like two more rounds. I just rewatched the fight. It's sad really. Roy was being BOGUS, like Mayweather was being so effective. Look at Manny's face after the fight. Not a mark. Floyd lost.

This is delusion at his finest.

                What a fanboy.

Floyd won and is the greatest fighter of his era. Deal with it

Floyd won, but it wasn't anywhere near as clear as the cards said. I had it 7-5, likely 8-4 Floyd; and that was with Pacquiao having a torn shoulder. Would I pick Pacquiao to win a rematch? No, but would he do much better and possibly win? Yes.
I'm half-expecting a report saying that Pacquiao had shoulder surgery and is out 8 months.
