I truly don't know what people expected. Anybody who has watched Mayweather before knew it was an absolutely possibility he could make this fight one sided and nullify anything Pacquiao possesses. Thats his game. You paid for a Mayweather fight and you got Mayweather doing what he does. If people aren't good enough to make it competitive, then that's their problem.

But that's what puts Mayweather below the other all-time greats: he isn't good enough to make a fight competitive. He's good enough to keep either guy from getting hurt, or engaging in any significant action.

His legacy is the guy who plays not to lose.
