Floyd tried to make Pac, even all of Pacquiao's team will admit that. He fought Oscar after Floyd bought out his contract from Top Rank. Under Top Rank, Arum wouldn't put the fight together. Hell, Floyd even agreed to all of Oscars demands and came up in weight.

About all that is left of the argument is that Floyd passed on an 8-million dollar offer for Margarito to take a different fight for 8-million before going on to the biggest fight ever against Oscar. Skipping Margarito also got him away from Top Rank for at least a couple fights.

Floyd then went on to try and get his promotion company off the ground, and realizing the money wasn't there, went back to boxing.

he already was the all time great before this fight. some of those past fighters may had more power but none of them had the skills nor smarts on mayweathers level.

        Seriously I haven't boxed a day in my life…

But I'm 100% sure, I could do pretty good against any fighter if my only goal was to hit them 3-4 per round and actually run (yes! run not just move out of position) the rest of the round.

Fastest boxer ever… maybe, best boxer ever… no way

        Prize fighting = Entertainment.

Very little entertainment in seeing a boxer face a runner

Thanks Floyd for turning the fight of the century into the farse of the century

            No you could not.
I even wonder if you have ever watched boxing more than one day in your life with a comment like that.

TBE showed why that sloppy, one game plan, midget shouldn't be in the ring with him. Who's name is he going to use now to sell his fights?

If you stepped in the ring, you would realise it is not that easy.

Gotta give credit where its due, a virtuoso performance from an elite fighter, Floyd Mayweather.

i was extremely disappointed in Pacquiao last night, not because he lost but because he gave a half-assed effort. Also claims he won.

Religion has made him more delusional perhaps. Floyd won. Enjoy it Floyd fans and enjoy the bragging rights.

Cotto, Canelo, and Maidana, all did a better job fighting Floyd, than Manny did last night. Roach should be embarrassed!
