If Maidana had kept in shape, I would have picked Maidana. He may be "slow" to some people but his reflex is quick and he applies calculated pressure. Since he's gained 40lbs.. Manny would beat him.

I do not want to see that fight until Maidana gets in fighting shape aka fights someone before Manny.

I got Pacquiao but Pacquiao isn't young so he'd have to strike fast. It's a good fight at the moment.

Unless Pacquiao did something ****** (possible, but he does avoid getting hit from time to time these days) he would win easily by decision. Maidana is rough and tough, and has pretty good power, but he's not fast and is technically limited.

Historically, Pac destroys fighters who stay in the pocket with him and guys who come forward.
This would be interesting of course cause Maidana has a puncher's chance.

More realistic though is Pac vs Matthysse ...realistic because of promotional reasons... and I think Pac had enough at 147 and will end his career at 140.
