and got tired, idk bout u but i was wondering where were all those relentless combos, the non stop fighter, the one that would tap his gloves when getting hit??????
least bit surprised at the landslide victory for mayweather. kept telling people that pacquiao's reach disadvantage and overrated footwork will always be his biggest problems against mayweather's style, prime or not. it was on full display for everyone to see last night. manny will always attack in straight lines if you give him effective movement and he will lunge in recklessly to close the distance. his athleticism had y'all fooled with having "great" footwork. case closed.
and the post-fight interview with kellerman was simply embarrassing and a slap in the face to his fans and to mayweather, who was extremely gracious to him after it was all said and done. he is supposed to be humble bible man, what happened? did he even thank his fans? no, because he was busy calling mayweather a runner and claiming he won, sounding like a bitter pact*rd on NSB. paulie was right by calling him a sore loser. pathetic.

Ahhhh, the fight went about like I expected. If anything, Manny may have done a lil better than I thought he would. I expected his punch output to be probably a career low. Because everyone has their career low against Floyd. I honestly expected Floyd to disarm him early, walk him down, and land at will by time the 9th-10th round came around. Manny actually did pretty well defensively. He also had success countering Floyd. Floyd also never really got his timing down, nor got in that full comfort zone when he could take Manny apart. Manny fought as well as he could. This was just a case of a great big man beating a great lil man. Which is what most BOXING people have long suspected since this fight first started picking up steam.

But Mayweather did not beat Pacquiao because he is bigger.
They were 1lb apart at the weigh-in.
Mayweather beat Pacquiao because he is a better fighter.
Like you said, Mayweather didnt bully Manny or walk him down.
Floyd out-boxed him, the same way he beat most of his opponents.
What came of this fight, is that Roach is even more over-rated than Pac.
Pac is not on Mayweathers level, and they were not prepared for him..... despite saying that they were ready, and despite making all of the right noises.
Can't get over how much money and hype was thrown into this event, obscene if you ask me.
I had it 9-3 in favour of Mayweather. Even if he ain't the most exciting, I absolutely appreciate Mayweather as one of the greatest boxers. That right hand counter is such an authoritative punch.
PPV can get ****ed, I would only advocate it for genuine 50/50 fights where you are near nailed on guaranteed to get a high level of action.

Floyd's size advantage definitely was a big factor homie. Floyd was able to to work behind that long jab, which he rarely does. That's basically what kept Pac off balanced. His height and reach enabled him to score outta harms way. And on the rare occasions Manny was able to get inside, Floyd would simply tie him up, whether it be by grabbing him or basically smoothering him with a headlock.
I'm not saying size is the only reason Floyd won. He's the better fighter. Always has been, always will be. Pac has beaten guys bigger than Floyd. So its not an excuse. Floyd just had the skillz to exploit those advantages. Which is what I posted a couple days ago. And was subsequently bombarded with posts about how ****** I was. Ironically, those guys are MIA.
