Its all over and this one can be laid to rest. Floyd was Floyd but Manny could not be Manny tonight. Clearly Floyd takes the P4P crown. Cong**** to the Money team!

It's so predictable that all those wishing the fight had happened 5 years ago, stop short of acknowledging WHY it didn't. If Pacquiao had agreed to the conditions then as he did now, we'd have had this fight. As I keep saying, only two things changed in 5 years:
1) Pacquiao accepted 10% less
2) Pacquiao agreed to more stringent testing with no cut-off dates.
It may hurt to accept it but it is true that only one side changed their stance and THAT is why it never happened 5 years ago.
Even though Manny Pacquiao is a legend of the sport, I have to call him on his poor attitude to the loss. First insisting he won (I thought only Marquez did that, right?) and then crying injury afterwards. So much for the humble man of God. The roles were truly reversed in this fight.

Pacquiao would have done more 5 years ago? Based off what? Beating on come forward fighters?
I love the comments that Floyd waited til pac got older but the irony is how everyone was talking about how Floyd has slowed down including Roach.
And Floyd is older... So that makes zero sense.
Floyd out threw, out landed and landed at a higher percentage. It was sad to see Pac look like a one dimentional fighter with zero adaptability. He looked like an amateur at times... Now I need to find someone else to KO floyd. :/
Pacquiao developed versatility. He was the kind of fighter that would fight for free because he loved a good scrap. Then he started to soften, and slow, and deteriorate as a fighter.

All of it was debunked last night (during the fight and after it) and may well have been 5 years ago if Pacquiao had agreed then to what he agreed now. Bob fooled a lot people. Hate on him.

He only did enough to win on points and Manny did catch him with some good shots. He just seem like he let Floyd off the hook too many times. He didn't throw his left that often either. And of course, Floyd's clinching didn't help.
Well...it's time to fight Keith Thurman next.
