People act like Jennings is in his prime.

Jennings has been boxing for 6, count it, SIX, years of his life. He stepped into the boxing ring at age 24, had 1 year of amateur fights, then turned pro.

5 years later he gives Klitschko his toughest fight in years. He is not in his prime at all lol, compare that to a guy like Wlad who's got 25 years of experience. He was getting KTFO by the likes of Sanders/Brewster with like 15 years of experience.

It's just proving what I've been saying for years, athletes can pick up any sport extremely fast.

He is probably better than Wilder but not by much.

It's really anyone's guess what happens with HW after father time catches up with Wladimir, but at ages 25 and 26 Joshua and Fury are still really young and one or the other is virtually assured to win the title at some point.

Boxing isn't quite like other sports as far as transitioning from one to another.

        1. Some guys just flat out can't do it and don't have the heart to endure being hit.

        2. A fresh athlete like Jennings who DOES have the heart for boxing can actually have an advantage over someone with a lengthy amateur career for the simple reason that he isn't half dead by age 30 (there's a good chance the other guy is).
