Team Chavez are underestimating Bute's chin and overestimating Chavez's ability to hurt him. Bute will hurt Jr worst than Fonfara.

I hope that second tweet is referring to Heiland as an alternative option.

Let's see if Bute is down to fight or still doesn't want to get hit. Still a big challenge for him... but then again, anybody who's not a MW is a big challenge for him

I hope Bute goes back to 168

He doesn't belong at 175 at all. I hope he mentally recovers eventually because he was a force to be reckoned with at 168, he just got caught big by Froch (people tend to forget the moments of success he had against Froch)

Ward-Bute would be such an intriguing match up, or at least would have been. Ward has nowhere near the power Froch has, and Bute is a pretty decent boxer himself

                Do you mean Chavez?

At worst, I think Bute handles Jr like he did Glenn Johnson or Bika, but given Chavez's recent quit job I think Bute gets the stoppage here.

                  Could backfire ?

Bute was so gun shy after that Froch fight, Pascal had a walk in the park until the last round..... I'm still not sure if Pascal was fatigued or posturing for a potential rematch with Bute, a fellow Canadian favorite, that would pay well....
Either way, if Lucien Bute got his MoJo back in that last round with Pascal, Chavez could be in serious trouble !!!

This is a big name who might seem safe on the surface, but Bute is the larger man (Naturally bigger if Chavez laid off the burgers.) and might think Chavez can't hurt him.... That might give Bute the confidence to go after him full guns blazing.....
This is another big risk for Chavez Jr, he should continue asking smaller fighters to add weight.. He needs a confidence fight, not a potential war....
Otherwise what's left of his career might truely be largely over.

Nah, meant Bute.... he seemed tentative to me last year.

Same for Chavez. If Bute brings the thunder and lands body shots, Chave Jr is effed. If Bute isn't tentative, he wrecks Chavez Jr
