There's no cutoff dates, Manny. When USADA says random testing they mean exactly that...random testing.

The testers can come calling at any time and place which is as it should be.

The consensus from a bunch of Manny fans is the blind leading the blind , look at this thread title , its total lies , where are the IV marks or bandaid on Mannys arm at the weigh in , none not a scratch , I bet neither has had blood drawn in the very minimum closer than 3 days ago .
