Well, Manny did sign the agreement which stated that USADA rep Drak Hula would be drawing blood and collecting urine at odd times throughout the weeks leading up to the bout.

They are just the facts man. Flroid does it to himself each and every time. All he had to do was make it a fair fight but no, he had to tweak every subtle advantage possible so, yeah, there are tons of built in excuses...just like for every Flroid fight. All the testing reports are mainly false. Mayweather seems to be tested less cause their camp doesn't complain about it. Everyone is looking for an out or an excuse before the fight even happens...This is priceless.
