Once again you are reaching. Pac said drawing blood makes him weak. NSAC tested Pac for the fight. That doesn't mean they wouldn't follow the common testing protocols that are in place for PED testing. What you think NSAC drew a pint or something?

Victor Conte had this to say about how much blood is drawn in a blood test (when he was working at BALCO):

How about you just respond to the post. A valid point is a valid point. Do you admit you were wrong about the stressing the significance on how many vials are used during the extraction process? Do you admit that 4 vials is insignificant to how much blood was actually extracted?

Same reason an adult would as a child "did you brush your teeth" before going to bed but you wouldn't ask another adult that same question...

Kids are less likely to want to do those kinds of things and have to be checked on to make sure they are not so much with adults.

Manny pacquiao is less likely to want to take a blood test than Floyd is so that's why it's news... With Floyd it's normal at this point.

He might have been tested 12 times including only urine but not blood tested. We'll see when they release the dates and results.

Since it's coming from Roach, there's at least a 50-50 chance it is bullcrap. That sounds way excessive compared to how many times other fighters have been tested in the past, and Roach would have a reason to lie about this.
