Show me evidence where I cried about Pacquaio needing to take the test. He's already been doing random drug testing for a few fights now. There is no video evidence, but VADA has confirmed this.

But according to your logic, because no video footage exists, Pacquaio didn't get drug tested by VADA or NSAC, correct? Only fools like you would believe in this logic.

Its too much and unnecessary. Also it's wrong to say that the reason the previous negotiations failed was because of random blood test, it was Mayweather who avoids and duck Pac. Now Floyd can run but can't hide.
