Which is random?

A. USADA coming at Floyd's residence @1:00pm, waited 5 hours plus to administer the random drug test. Test done @6:30pm

or

B. USADA calling Floyd @1:00pm, informing Floyd that USADA will come @6:15 to administer the random drug test. USADA arrived at Floyd's residence @6:15pm, test done @6:30pm

Details will include (dates test taken, what kind of test performed - urine or blood, and the test result - positive or negative)

I don't have any idea about muricans legal/illegal or justice/injustice sytem so:

Can you still sue the offending party after all the fight and everything is done and over with?

What damages penalty can you pursue if you file a lawsuit?

Not certain, I'm not an attorney; my best guess is for him to have a shot he would have to prove in some quantifiable manner that the illegal drug usage provided him some damage.

B. Scenario A is random in a sense that they did came unannounced. but how are the USADA able to know when and where the subject of the random drug test will be if they will not call first to ask the subjects whereabouts?

I'm pretty sure most drug testing companies that operate in the field wait for the patient to submit when ready as opposed to demanding up front, if manny wanted them to wait I'm sure they woulda waited, maybe freddie didn't like having usada in the gym bc their floyds preferred choice, who knows? if he did the same with vada for the bradley and rios fight id like to know so i can compare their practices but we don't really know much

as far as usada contacting the day the before, I'm sure they'd do it in order to know exactly where they can find you, imagine them showing up to the big boy mansion but floyds at a playoff game at the staples center, doubt anyone has any last minute frequent flyer miles.

not to my knowledge, there also weren't these many drug testing articles with manny and vada around those fights either, but we did get exclusive interviews with bradley and rios talking about vada testing. thats why I'm trying to figure out why is it so publicized now if it wasn't then. but hey gotta feed something to the trolls i guess.

I understand but his logic to beating a 6:1 ratio compared to a 4:1 ratio is that one simply has to wait (5 hours IIRC).

If that's the case one simply has to wait longer to beat a 4:1 ratio.

How does this make a 4:1 test so much more infallible in the manner that you seem to want to suggest?

You guys do know MEMO basically has immunity because he gave USADA information in exchange for no prison time, he snitched and gave tons of info to USADA and Tygart. Its like with Whitey Bulger he was able to get away with crimes while being an informant with the FBI, he duped the FBI thinking he was helping them but he was really killing off and overtaking each of his enemies. Memo can basically do as a he wants, remember he said he would get some dude from USADA to file a lawsuit on Victor Conte for defamation or slander?

Memo said he will never have his fighters test under VADA he always pushes USADA testing. When Marquez had to do VADA for Bradley he didn't have the same power, when he came back against Mike Alvarado he had so many huge zits on his chest and his muscles were big again and he was knocking huge ass Alvarado all over the ring.

I mean the guy literally admit he still makes undetectable steroids after he snitched, this dude knows he can get away with anything because he gave valuable information during the Balco scandal.
