lacy wasn't good though. he only beat 1 top 10 guy before calzaghe and that was an ancient robin reid who was #9. he also barely beat omar sheika. the odds were essentially dead even so i don't know how that's not giving joe a chance but keep trying to revise history.

And usually it took Calzaghe beating someone for us to figure out that they were just weren't "that good".

Funny how that works. Because if they lost to Calzaghe, they must have just been a hype job all along.

Jones was on a three fight winning streak, coming off of a highly impressive schooling against hall of famer Felix 'Tito' Trinidad. He looked great and back to his best. Y'all musta forgot about this, son.

Zagger's was just too slick, too quick and too Welsh for Jones that night. Nothing to be ashamed about.
