This is a while back of Tyson talking about Ali, towards the end at 4:48 he gets emotional talking about Ali.

    Whole thing starts at 3:05

Of course, but that's what the people behind the scenes are for. The moment they utter the "I'm a bidniss man" quote, you know focus is replaced by easier opponents, self importance and denial.

Not anyones fault in particular, but the sport is turning into a reality tv show. 24/7, chatting face to face across and such is nothing more than smoke and mirrors for the casuals.

Oscar, Bob and Al are no different from Simon Cowell etc, who exploit people for their own means. The slo-mo shots from the last ad for PBC was laughable considering these are alleged warriors.

It is what it is BD

Even Tyson thinks you're ******. Tyson said he was locked up 23 hours with 1 hour recreation. His recreation was walking back and forth behind bars.

That's not true at all. Floyd is more focused on the financial aspect primarily because Ali and Tyson were not and got swindled because of it. Hell even Floyd does **** I think is ******ed with his money, he is just been smart enough to save a lot of it even though he has "wasted" a good bit of it IMO.

Bravery in the ring has no connection with ******ity regarding one's finances. They are mutually exclusive.

I would think every boxing fan wants fighters to get more money and be taught how to manage it, especially given that most great fighters emerge from the worst poverty stricken areas of the world.

Diffrent times diffrent prices ..If Tyson was on top today Floyd would be nowhere the star he is ..And do you honestly think Floyd had the same impact on boxing than Tyson had ?

If Tyson was the HWT champ today, no fighter would be near him. We all know that. Today we have a HWT champ, a man who fights globally, and he earns far less than Floyd and Manny. So stop pretending its 1989.

My point is simple-no matter what anyone thinks of Floyd he has found a way to make himself a bigger earner than Mike Tyson. That is a fact.

As for impact-Tyson was a phenomenon-at one point the most notable human in the world other than the President or the Pope. No, Floyd has never been that and I nor anyone suggests he has.

That doesn't mean he hasn't made some kind of impact. After this fight, he will have been in the largest grossing fights in history, the same thing Tyson had at one point.

The aura surrounding Tyson has endured for a long time, but in fact, he was only the champ for about 4 years. After the loss to Douglas and the jail time, he was never the same.
