I might be one of the few who doesn't mind Teddy Atlas.

the filipino commentators. if you have heard them or know about them then you know what i am talking about. they are so amazing they make pac fan and mayweather trolls sound like geniuses.

Out of commentators or scorers for networks who have done this before, I am going to go with Col. Bob, Kellerman, Laila Ali.

Pick the most dreadful 3 person team you can think of who has called fights.

I don't think Max is a bad commentator, he is just a terrible interviewer and is too afraid to ask questions beyond the HBO template.

The worst team imo is probably Foreman, Watt and Adam Smith.

He was coma inducing behind the mic. Amazingly for someone who was seen as such an intelligent boxer he rarely gave us any good insights into what was going on.

Yeah thats the thing. Im know he can come out with some rubbish, but he is at least trying to talk about the technical stuff. Malignaggi has been great for this recently too. Most commentators seem to be purely after soundbites.

Of all the sports I follow boxing is the worst in terms of commentators not talking about whats going on outside of 'blow by blow' stuff.

I think Paulie is the best Showtime commentator by a distance. He seems to be the only one who can go into it with any sort of depth.
