Other than Mayweather, it is full of " could be, but dont really want to" fighters. Nobody is trying to take the bull by the horns, despite everybody talking about it, and despite everyone asking for a payday.

The two guys who tried both failed, and the two guys who beat them dont wanna step up and do the same it seems.
