Not really, if Floyd gets a positive test in the post fight sample, then no money was lost how can they sue, but the penalty would make Floyd have to cough up 5 million.
Floyd should be held to the same standards as his opponents. All of his gear should be inspected by the commission and an independent third party before the fight and his corner of interference-prone crackheads closely monitored.
