Do Floyd fans really and truly believe that Manny is just some random bum that's going to go down that easily?
I was actually speaking about exactly this with a friend earlier today.

Casuals and fl0mos who are also casuals think it's gonna be domination by Floyd

And because PAC got KO'ed by hulkquez they think he no longer has a great chin and will get KO'ed.

I think it's a waste of time trying to comb through the thoughts of those numbskulls.

But for the ones who actually watch boxing, a lot of them see it as being a bit like the Hatton fight. Manny pressing, but not doing it behind a jab, and Floyd popping him with lead rights and gradually breaking him down.

Cotto wouldn't make a pick because he is trained by Freddie roach

          I actually enjoyed George's assessment

Most the people picking Manny are Filipino, hate Mayweather, or are Manny's friends

90% of people that actually fight or train fighters are picking Mayweather because he is the bigger, stronger, more skilled fighter.

the deck is stacked against Pac Man....hope its a good fight but I feel like Mayweather wants this win too bad to let it their be any doubts who is better
Finally a man with common sense, you spoke the truth and exactly my sentiments.

90 percent or more of people are picking Floyd, the only ones picking Pac are filipinos and his friends.

Cotto was on the fence because he was trained by Roach, usually when someone is on the fence means they are going for Floyd and dont want to upset their team.

Pac is the supreme underdog and there is no way he will win. Unless Floyd some how fights the wrong game plan or comes in stiff.

Yeah I was out with a friend last weekend who's a Floyd fan. He doesn't watch fights unless it's a Floyd fight and admitted as much. He hates Pacquiao of course because I guess you're automatically supposed to if you're a Mayweather fan, and when I asked him about his thoughts on the fight -- he said Floyd by KO in the 1st or 2nd round. He told me it's because Manny is trash now and has been put to sleep "a few times" recently. I replied that it was once, and asked him if he had seen any of the Pacquiao fights since the Marquez fight. And he didn't even know that Pacquiao had fought once since Marquez, let alone 3 times. Anyways I laughed at him for making these bold proclamations about the fight considering how little he knows about the sport aside from Mayweather fights.

I mean f**k, I don't mind the ridiculous predictions so much so long as the person actually tries somewhat to follow the sport, but when a mother**ker clearly does not...and yet makes these bold ass ******ed predictions, I'm sorry. Just STFU and GTFO.

By the way I also reminded him that Floyd hadn't scored a KO since 07' (in response to his KO1 or KO2 "prediction"), and then he backtracked enough to say "okay maybe it'll be a decision, but Floyd will win every round".

Speaks volume of how much they respect Manny. The only reason why most are going with Floyd is because of Pacquiao's recent KO from Marquez, particularly B-Hop who was on record saying Manny wouldn't be able to come back. Well, guess what, he came back and he's a smarter boxer adding a calculative approach in his resume.

Really, if it wasn't for that, I think most of these guys would put a lot more stock on Pacquiao.

Is he a regular sports fan? Probably too much pride in himself to act like there's a sport as brutal/tough as boxing that he doesn't know jack **** about. Especially when the "Super Bowl" of its era is coming up.
