The first Foreman-Fraser fight is repeated a lot. I'm sure everyone saw it. What did Foreman do? Every time Fraser got close, Foreman pushed him away and kept at a comfortable distance for his own punches to be the most effective. I don't remember hearing a lot of complaints about this.

Post Klitschko-Jennings thoughts: clinching and PUSHING against the rules?

Klitschko apologists claiming Jennings at fault for the clinching. Lol. Same guys who tried to convince us that Povetkin was at fault in their fight.
I don't even care about the clinching. We know it's there and yesterday wasn't even bad. What was wrong with this fight was that he fought a guy that shouldn't be in the ring with him. If Klitschko was only allowed to jab he'd still win. Jennings is a tough guy and bla bla, but honestly, he has limited skills and power. As predicted it was a waste of time fight. The only surprise is that Jennings didn't end up on his back.

You're not supposed to be allowed to excessively grab and push. It's in the rules. Wlad almost always excessively grabs and pushes.
Frankly, the ref should have delivered on his warnings earlier. He gave like 4 or 5 "One more and I'll take a point" warnings before actually doing it.

The ref took a point here, clearly. How many times did Jennings dive in with his head low leaving ONE possible outcome? A CLINCH. Dude if he's so low that he can't be hit, it's basically him coming in with a free shot if clinching isn't allowed. If clinching is to be banned, so should coming in with your head low and getting under someone's armpit and slamming them in the ribs.
The point still REMAINS though, is a referee justified in deducting a point for something that is clearly ALLOWED in modern boxing rules?
