Haye fought better. The Wlad who fought Haye was a beast compared to the Wlad who fought Jennings.

Haye faced a better version of Wlad,

Haye also outlanded Wlad with powershots

            Jennings never came close

Jennings by far, he worked the body the whole fight, had Wlad backing up, out worked Wlad who was throwing pitty pat jabs most of the round doing nothing but illegally holdng. He won at least 4-5 rounds

Haye struggles with tall fighters because he's not used to their height, remember, this guy is a cruiser that had just 3 fights at HW.

Haye struggled with Valuev, the same Valuev that Holyfield and Ruiz nearly beat.

If I remember right Haye didn't throw many punches. Which is too bad because he has good power.
