All HBo did was give him credit. I used to like the HBo commentary team but recently they've been so biased that it's been difficult to watch.
Why not give Byrant Jennings some credit???

Great points...I think if this wasn't MSG ,Wlad k.os him. This was his Rocky moment. While Wlad was parading around, and this being just another fight; this guy prepared for his once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and it paid dividends. Wlad was more focused on the promoting of coming to New York then the fight itself. Technically, he was as prepared physically as in any other fight, since he doesn't slack off, BUT it's the mental aspect of it and where two fighters are heading into a fight.Comment

I give Jennings lots of credit...30 years old and took up boxing 6 years ago and got through 12 rounds with Wladimir Klitschko. Didn't get knocked down and his face looked unmarked at the end whereas Wladimir's had SOME marks on it. He did much better than anyone thought he would.
He probably earned a shot now at Deontay Wilder who could use that fight to help sell the the a Klitschko fight in the US.Comment

Jennings got too much credit for barely winning two rounds. He survived, but couldn't come close to landing a meaningful punch. Cong****, I guess.Comment

I agree, He barely won 2 rounds on my score card. But Haye and Povetkin barely won 2 rounds on my score cards.
Facts are he showed good movement and defence skills, and a good chin.
He is a very Atheltic fighter.Comment

credit for what? Going 12 rounds? Man he didn't do anything countless other europeans haven't done before. He came in, tried a couple punches, walked back out, got caught with jabs and right hands. This fight played out like 99% of all Wlad fights.Instead of preposterous opinions of "wlad is crap" etc.
Lets give jenning some credit. Steve Lillis and co were slating both fighters. Now i barely gave jennings a round, but he showed alot of positives tonight.
He has good head movement, and made wlad miss, he has a good chin, and good footwork. He needs to work on offence but all in all i think he beats Deontaay wilderComment
