Paid 140k USD just to get blown up. Are we expecting the tix price to drop all time-low?

Lmao people are acting like the MGM grand is an entity not to be messed with. They were the ones who screwed arum and pacquiao, so therefore they are the ones who burnt the bridge. When Manny kicks the crap out of mayweather they will be wishing they would have treated them better. There are so many other big venues throughout the world so I highly doubt arum cares if he pisses off the MGM grand. Arum is in the right in this case as usual. Haymon and mgm grand tried to pull a fast one and steal tickets, why shouldn't arum be criticizing them? They absolutely deserve the criticism, and arum is a real dude who doesn't bite his tongue. He keeps it real at all times regardless of whether hes potentially burning a bridge or not. How can you not respect that?

It's probably a good decision for Pacquiao's camp to spend as little time at the MGM as possible next week, and I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't entirely about the Arum/MGM beef.

The MGM Grand is likely going to be a mess the entire week.

Look at ESPN's fight week schedule...

ESPN will present extensive pre- and post-fight coverage across its platforms in English and Spanish of the much- anticipated 12-round welterweight unification title fight between undefeated five-division world champion Floyd “Money” Mayweather (47-0, 26 KOs) and eight-division world champion Manny “Pac-Man” Pacquiao (57-5-2, 38 KOs). ESPN’s week-long coverage will begin with SportsCenter live from Las Vegas this Sunday, April 26, at 11 p.m. ET, and culminate with live post-fight coverage and reactions immediately following the bout.

Top Rank should stay away from patronizing MGM and should hold their fights on other better venue in Vegas like Thomas & Mack Center, Ceasar's Palace, Mandalay Bay.

Mandalay Bay is a MGM International property, Caesar's Palace no longer host fights, and the Thomas & Mack Center is off of the Vegas strip.

it doesn't matter if thomas & mack is off the strip.

gang of fights held there. the morales-pac trilogy was there.

that said, vegas likes pac fights on the strip. he brings a lot of asian high rollers.

There's a couple casinos on the outskirts of Vegas that might be ideal places to hold Top Rank events.

I once stayed at one of those hotels and it was pretty cool because they had high stakes rooms where people gambled on games like Connect 4, Dominoes and scrabble. There was even one game people played, where you have to put on a blind fold and there's a dude on a stage and you have 3 chances to guess which number from 1 to 10 he is thinking of.
