HBO/Showtime would share 7%-8% off of a 400k-500k buy PPV. They'd literally go through the hassle of managing the egos of both boxing divisions, for a split of maybe $3m.

No, she DID NOT ask for a purse bid. She asked for Kovalev to be made the mandatory challenger for the WBC title that Stevenson holds. From the beginning she wanted to negotiate a deal with GYM. It was Yvon Michel who has been unwilling to enter into any kind of negotiations at all.
