Not really the females are not packing Power like the Men. Haven't seen a Hard Hitting Female since Ann Wolfe to be honest. Cristiane "Cyborg" Justino can throw punches with Power in MMA but the rest of them their boxing is AWFUL. Rousey is terrible on her feet!

and yet as soon as a UFC fan hears the word "boxing" they flip out and go on rants how boxing is dead and the UFC is light years better

I think it's weird

There is very little money in it according to that boxer heather hardy

So it's strange as to why women wanna punch each other in the face for very little money

And not many people watch it so there's not a lot of glory either

And big networks like hbo don't show it so that's a lack of respect/acceptance

So we have a lack of money, glory and respect/acceptance
