Don't go through ticketmaster. Go directly through one of the hotels. They'll hold your tickets for you.

closed circuit is the way to go every time...several huge screens thousands of people - easy to get beers...very worth the $150 even though since may vs de la hoya they've only been $50......recommend this by all means if your out there.

What are people's opinions on best MGM venues to watch closed circuit? My thinking is 1) MGM (due to proximity to event and generally rowdy atmosphere), 2) Mandalay Bay (due to closed circuit being held in larger stadium and also good atmosphere), 3) Aria ??? Any other opinions?

Also is it for sure they will be holding closed circuit at MGM like they've done for most other Mayweather and Pac fights? On Ticketmaster I'm not seeing MGM listed and I think for Mayweather/Canelo they didn't have closed circuit at MGM...

Yup, I called to confirm and they said the same thing.

For those experienced, which is the best casino to watch closed circuit? Options are

          -MGM
-Zumanity Theater (theater seating) or America Restaurant at New York New York
          -ARIA
          -Mandalay Bay (South Pacific Ballroom)
          -Excalibur
          -Luxor

And how is seating done? First come first serve or assigned? If its first come, first serve, what time you need to line up? Sorry, been a while for me lol

I don't get the idea of a closed circuit? What actually is it? If you're watching it on a screen is that not like watching the PPV?

I watched May/Canelo at Blondie's in the Planet Hollywood Miracle Mile. It was first come first serve. I got there 2 hours early and it was jam packed already. We just lucked up and spotted a table.

But, that's at a sports bar. I would imagine the ballrooms reserve seating.

This fight is a huge cash grab and it's going to p!ss off a lot of people if it turns out to be a boring fight (which I'm expecting).
Real s.hit... just find a bar who's playing it and waste that money on beer if you can't buy the ppv at home... I guess it's the same as paying $1k for bottle service at a club... but still it's a fight on TV that would have cost u $50 less had you stayed home...
