Since 2007 Bayless has done 4 Floyd fights, since 2007 Bayless has done 5 Pacquiao fights, only fight either guy lost was Marquez KO'ing PAC.

And I like Mayweather! :laff2: I'm supporting him in this fight, and have done since Ortiz. Yet, I thought it was cool as hell what Maidana did to him in the first fight. I like my favourites to be tested - legally or illegally. I'm just majorly pissed that a flaky ref like Bayless will be in charge of the biggest fight in history. As soon as they even enter the ring, we'll be hearing "Remember to watch yo' heads, fellas!"

True, during Mayweather vs Maidana II, the frequent breaks prevented Maidana from roughing up Floyd on the inside. Bayless was all about protecting Floyd, which I didn't care for. But it could help Manny in this fight, because he likes to have some room to punch, yet he'll still be close enough to land after a break.

It's not about Pac clinching. Mayweather uses it as a tactic to run out the clock and spoil. With Kenny "Break!" Bayless. Every clinch takes around 5 seconds to clinch/break/reset the action. That might not seem like a lot, but the repeated breaks ruin rounds.

And considering Mayweather seems to always get 6 rounds spotted to him from the get-go. It's in his advantage.

Pacquiao moves in a throws punches and gets out. While getting out Pacquiao is vulnerable, how would Mayweather clinching taking away this vulnerability help him and hurt Pacquiao?

You would have a point in your long rant if manny had a inside game he don't so what's the point of complaining about a ref that breaks up clinching fast which helps manny out to be able to throw more punches in a round if his game plan is to outwork Floyd?

It was more of a rant at Bayless in general, on whom many seem to blindly heap praise based on some mythical reputation of him being an excellent ref. So just his involvement in this fight got me amped.

Burt Clemens by all accounts has been a solid judge for years. He admitted to this mistake and felt bad about it. This is professional judging. Why are fools like you trying to make this more complex than it is.

ANSWER THAT QUESTION !!!!!!!! but you floyd fans want to act like bayless isnt a biased referee !!!!!!!! some of you floyd fans just started watching boxing last year or the year before because you guys are floyd STANS not fans of the sweet science !!!!!!!! i am a fan of the sport and i remember before the hatton fight all of the unbiased boxing fans like myself spoke out against joe cortez being the ref !!!!!!!!! but all of the floyd fans said he was ok , joe is a great ref !!!! even though he made a few mistakes in the judah fight he wont do it again !!!!!!!!!!!!! but that fight proved they were dead wrong !!!!!!!!!!!!! fast foward a few years later and cortez was the ref for the ortiz fight !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! unbiased fans like myself spoke pout once again , but the floyd fans said dont worry joe is great and awesome !!!!!!! and we saw how that turned out !!!!!! welll here i am once again warning everyone !!!!!! but it looks like " HE WHO DOESNT LEARN FROM HISTORY WILL BE DOOMED TO REPEAT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
