Persistent holding is the biggest possibility, throwing elbows too, and he won't penalise, but most other refs won't either.

I doubt the ref will play a role in this fight... what dirty tactics does pac use? if anything Kenny will help manny... I can't remember any pacquiao fights where the ref played a significant role

He stunk in the maidana Floyd rematch and watched Mosley /pac last night and he ruled a knock down for Mosley when he was clearly watching Shane push Pac to the mat..
They all stink so what's the difference, smoger would have been the only guy we wouldn't have to worry about ever interfering lol.

Ref won't effect the outcome of this too much. Pacquiao doesn't fight inside and he's not a dirty fighter. There won't be too much for Bayless to do unless Floyd is hugging and wrestling.
