Well known but sometimes controversial strength and conditioning coach Alex Ariza who is working with undefeated pound for pound king Floyd Mayweather Jr., is not bothered by the tirade against him by Floyd Mayweather Sr, the father and trainer of the WBC/WBA welterweight champion.

Ariza told BoxingScene.com/New Standard that Floyd had told him not to mind his dad.

A guest on the popular radio show On the Ropes, Mayweather Sr reacted strongly when asked whether Ariza participates in strengthening Floyd.

A seemingly incredulous Mayweather Sr said “Strengthening him? That Son of a ***** ain’t strengthening nobody. He ain’t nobody. He’s in there, I can’t say exactly what he’s doing, but he ain’t strength training little Floyd. What Floyd’s doing, everybody’s helping. Its not just one person.”

Ariza is a dirtbag. He has been fired by so many different fighters and trainers and none have anything but bad things to say about him as soon as they kick him to the curb. There is just something about this guy's character and attitude that rubs people the wrong way and it's why he has such a short shelf life with a fighter. So it's no surprise that he already starting to upset those in the Mayweather camp. It's only a matter of time before Floyd fires his butt too.

Alex knows better than to say something crazy in response to Sr., cause he knows Sr is basically right. Fact is, Mayweather really didn't need Ariza in camp. Sure, Alex has shown Mayweather some new exercises and what not, but as far as Sr is concerned, camp hasn't changed significant enough for Sr to consider Alex services necessary. Unlike other camps, don't expect to see Ariza in the corner at fight time either. LOL

Alex Ariza deserved this kick in the a*s because he is a dirty person that is there only to say to Floyd where Manny is weak during a fight, what kind of blows suffer more when he gets hit, etc etc etc. Nobody respect him and if he believed to have respect from Mayweather's family, now he had the answer.
It's only a matter of time to hear Floyd saying that he used Ariza only because they know he is a wannabe ready to do everything.
