For us educated boxing fans, Floyd doesn't use his legs due to his boxing IQ. He uses small movements to position his oppoents, or force them to restart their offense. When he does move, it's to walk you into a trap.

Floyd will make moves that are calculated. while Manny is bouncing up and down, and trying to confuse Floyd with angles, Floyd will simply step over, or slide back by pushing off his lead foot, thereby forcing Manny to lunge or reset.

Freddie is confusing everyone with volume. Manny throws less against a counter puncher. Manny, who's not the most savvy interview keeps telling you the strategy. He wants Mayweather to exchange with him, and hopes he catch him in the exchange.

This isn't a chemical fight, this is about two of the best fighters in this Era lacing it up. Skills vs skills, intelligence, and fighting styles. if you look at those criteria, Floyd wins. Can't wait.

How is that even slightly relevant ?

How does that qualify / disqualify his post ?

If you object to the content, state why, and use big words.

Otherwise, that poster has clearly contributed more than you have, regardless as to his origin(s).

Those calculations are not as effective when your opponents actions are unpredictable. If there is one thing Pac does better than anyone is to be unpredictable. Between his syncopated rythm, wildness, and his extreme use of angles from an unorthodox stance, he is very hard to anticipate.

Skills are equal, one uses more traditional boxing technique and analytic approach, the other an intuitive, highly-unorthodox style. Both are extremely skilled and unequaled in what they do. What it'll boil down to is who can implement their skillset better.

                I dont believe that.....

a style being effective =/= skills are equal

There is a very good reason why Pac has not fought a lot of boxers/movers.

But I agree with your last sentence..... as-is usually the case, this fight will be won by whoever can get the other guy to fight his fight.

If Mayweather can control the distance, he will control the pace of the fight, and most likely win hands down.

Pac will need to outwork Mayweather, which will be a big ask.

And Pac outworking Mayweather will not come down to stamina, like many have suggested..... it will come down to Mayweathers precision, when controlling the distance.

If Mayweather can handle the pressure, by controlling the distance with precision, Mannys output will plummet making his job much harder.
