Where does this myth come from that Maidana used strength to get him on the ropes?

He feinted him there after Floyd tried moving like he was 22 and took his rest on the ropes to take punches.
And got hit with JABS from Maidana for **** sakes. JABS. Yet he will have an easy time with Pacquiao.

Either way, comparing what Maidana did to what Manny has to do doesn't correlate. Maidana is bigger, more physical, with power. He's a bully for twelve rounds with a chin. That's not Manny's style or make up.

One fighter has already had to cut roadwork out of his planned training regimen for this camp, taken a week off from sparring, and bought "miracle" leg cream. I really, really would stop worrying about what Floyd's doing with his legs at this point Roach.

It's probably true aswell, Floyd's legs are declining big time he can't move fluidly for twelve rounds, his stamina has declined a lot and his hands are brittle.

Roach is all over the place

However, Roach conceded that if Mayweather has good movement the entire night and his legs don;t give out on him. He'll probably win.

Modern training and mind games, bruh.

Roach already said before camp started they didn't want too much sparring.

Excessive old school sparring like what Mayweather does is what ages fighters behind the scenes.

I think the points made in the article have merit. Unless this article was planted, and I don't think it was, I think it makes winning that much more difficult for Floyd.

Would explain why he said September would be his last fight and why he isn't really shaking hands in any of his most recent appearances.

Is what it is. I still got Floyd by UD or late TKO.
