Crawford has a bit of Floyd in his style but not the complete defense. He has that counter punching reaction and can switch to lefty with no loss of power or defense. Very rare. Him vs Broner would be great and vs Lucas or Garcia would be great also. I think he is the most dangerous in the 140 region. Khan would never face him.

The guy is slick and versatile, for sure, but there are several fighters on the horizon who can more than challenge him. Looking forward to a matchup with Matthysse.
Match him up with Danny first... at one of his catch weights...

Nice ring IQ on Crawford's part, waited him out, studied him, found the opening , and closed the show.

Atleast mexicans have thr guts to get in the ring. Not like puerto ricans, cotto cant get in the ring with ggg or canelo. Both of the are calling him out.

sucks for dulorme. he had all the tools to be a really great fighter, all but one. he's essential a puerto rican version of khan. and if it isn't obvious at this point, Crawford is the real deal. i'd love it if he were the one to get floyd's last fight.

That's what makes him more appealing for the fans. For example, people say that he was measuring Dulorme and he was willing to lose some rounds to figure him out. If it where Dulorme the one that caught Crawford instead, they could have told the same thing. But in the end, he did win.

Another example of this is the Crawford - Gamboa. Even with a one year layoff, Gamboa won the first 4 rounds easily (my opinion). But he's to brave hearted for his own good, and he traied to brawl Crawford instead of just keep on boxin him. Eventually Crawford catched up the pace (along with Gamboa being willing to trade instead of box) and KOed him out.

He is not unbeatable, he has shown some flaws, and he has been rocked. But that to me makes him more likeable. The guy is full of potential.

People say Dulorme was winning, but it's not like he was shutting Crawford out before the KO.

He only managed to land a couple clean punches on Crawford that I saw but was throwing more, I guess they scored on the criteria of activity since everyone likes to make up their own boxing criteria on this forum.
