That shot that Provo landed on Lucas in rd 11 would've dropped/stopped most at 140. Where are all the "Lucas has no chin" crowd?

The people that, to this day, whine and cry about Danny not rematching Lucas, will they do the same for this bout?

no not close. lucas made prov's head look like a PEZ dispenser. also despite ruslan showing an amazing chin, i suspect it won't ever be the same after last night.

It could be interesting actually, a good way to end the year for Matt.

Crawford is good no doubt, but that's not the point. I'm saying the fight won't get made soon, which is sad because the sooner it's made, the sooner that WBO title gets solidified cos it's as paper as the belt round Quiggs waste.

I won't say Matt is weak but he does have a mental fault which I've seen time and time again and it's what you say it is: someone shows they can take his punch and come back and he goes in on himself. If Provo was busier and had better stamina he'd have taken Matt out late but Provo just couldn't pull the trigger.

had roach been able to work with ruslan without the focusing on pacman, the russian would've knocked lucas the f/ck out. a rematch is definitely warranted. i'd like to see the fight where ruslan gets the proper training..

He's got a few prospects, and a few others too.

Sadam Ali, Randy Caballero (c), Joseph Diaz Jr, Mauricio Herrera, Jorge Linares (c), David Lemieux, Anthony Ogogo, Luis Ortiz, Vyacheslav Shabranskky, Francisco Vargas.

Seriously, Provodnikov was completely outclassed. The dude is a man among men, but no way it was even close. Folks just wanna' give him rounds because his heart is Micky Ward tier.

Props to both men. But for different reasons.

Anyone know the purses for the card? Ruslan earned his $ on Saturday, no matter the amount.
