there is no doubt about it, tito did NOT put anything illegal in his wraps like margarito did. everything in his wraps was legal, how he used it is what was illegal.

i dont remember exactly what it was he did, maybe he had tape on his knuckles or just used too much gauze (there is a limit), perhaps he stacked his wraps (putting layer after layer of tape then gauze on top of the other) like kessler has been known to do.

either way he did NOT have plaster or anything else illegal inserted in his gloves, that is a fact. he wrapped them in an illegal way using legal equipment.

What Tito had were Las Vegas LEGIT wraps in NYC. Both Manny and Margarito wrapped their hands this way when they fought one another. Hopkins camp got technical... Tito's dad was perplexed as he wrapped them IN FRONT of the commission who approved. Hence, he knew Hopkins camp was playing games.
