He went from annoyed to happy to depressed. He was obviously drunk. Why does America still use those ****** tests instead of using the alcohol machines that you blow in to like here in the UK? Does their blood get tested when they get to the station like over here to confirm the alcohol level or do they just rely on them walking a line and touching their nose as evidence?

They are supposed to use that as s "cause" to administer the breathilizer test but they can just skip all the informalities and go right to the test.

Why did they start following him in the first place? - i couldn't see what he was doing wrong.

She said why, he was driving at twice the speed limit and going into the middle of the road according to what the officer said. She was pretty professional about it though.
I just dont get it why people have to drink and drive. Just dont drive if you're drinking and dont drink if youre driving. You'd think an athlete would have more self-control than that but then again this is AB.

in the US, they do use the breath test thing to test u if u've been drinking or not. not sure about other states but i know california does.
