I think Floyd is way off on this one. Judging was good IMO.

Lamont Peterson won 8 rounds to 4. You should not be penalized for boxing in the sport of BOXING! He jabbed, moved, didn't get hit because everyone knows that Danny Garcia has no stamina. It worked. Then, he beat and backed Danny up the 2nd half. He won rounds 6-12. Then won 3 of the first 6. A jab is a scoring punch in boxing. Rigo and other boxers move and hit and win wide unanimous decisions. Based on how Garcia fought, he cannot box and will get beat badly. He is solely dependent on the person standing in front of him but this is boxing not brawling. You would have to be a fool to fight your opponent's fight.

I pray, for his sake, that he's not really 43. He did make me laugh when he said Fifty gave Ms Jackson the Magic Stick...

Wasn't clear at all though, really was it? If it was, there wouldn't be any disagreement. Your view, or mine, doesn't change the fact that the fight could have easily gone the other way.

But anyway on topic, Floyd has a point. I personally felt he got a lucky decision against Castillo the first time around, but then got the ridiculous scorecard against Canelo. Judging, at least in the US, seems to be awful recently. I can't remember the last time a heavily invested fighter got the bad end of the decision. Pac-Bradley comes to mind, whatever Arum did there he seems to have gotten away with it. Quillin was never going to get worse than a draw, nor was Garcia going to lose.

Except Garcia fans majority boxing fans think Peterson won.

He shakes his head at what? He talks about the judging and then refuses to say who he thought won. We already know who you thought won, no reason to plead the fifth. That being said Quillin/Lee was very close and no one did anything to deserve a win. The Garcia fight could of went either way. If Peterson actually fought the first half maybe he would of took it on the scorecards but he didn't and that's his fault period.
