If it was about the money for Khan, he would have taken the Brook fight.

Khan is already rich has *** and has been for ages. He's made great money from his first fight.

He wants Mayweather, and they know that if he gets knocked out, he'll lose the opportunity. He's not scared of Brook or anyone else, you better believe that - It's more that he just can't afford to lose.

This is the crux of it. Khan's not very bright and incredibly narcissistic, so I honestly think he believes the hype about himself. His team though, the ones who pull the strings, know he's extremely fragile and take the easiest route every time. Everybody knows Brook is the biggest fight for Khan, but his team also know it'll be his last big payday. They want to protect their cash cow at all costs.

I'll tell you exactly why about the exception

With the Book fight it's about pride, no matter how much money involved, Khan lost this fight inside his head already.

Brook and Khan sparred before, a long time ago. Khan told everyone that he schooled Brook knowing full well inside his head he didn't.

He is going to deny the fight and find any excuse to get out of it because he knows the truth, nothing about disrespect etc. You can offer 10 million but he is such an emotional person with big ego he would deny the fight

Khan knows he can't mess with any of the genuine welters and wants to cash out with Pac or May even if it's less than Brook, it's his pride and ego, he is a fragile and emotional person and knows he won't win against tougher guys, he wants to show an account for himself against May or Pac knowing if he loses, he can still big his fragile ego up

Exactly the reason why he won't give Thurman or Bradley a shot. He wants to lose to an ATG. I've seen Khan lying through his teeth for over 10 years now and know how he works

Count on what I said happening because I'll be suprised if it doesn't, the Algieri fight confirmed it more to me.

Correction, it's about money AND his fragile ego

Exactly!! You can read him too. To be honest with you, I think Khan doesn't believe his hype deep inside, yet wants us to since there was a lot of fights he could have made if he really wanted it, I don't think his team control him 100% and a big part of him can't take responsibility and has to pass the blame to the next person. I think he feels scared ever since Prescott 'happened', then Garcia solidified the fear. This is what kind of annoys me about him, he knows he feels fear yet he will lie flat out to your face how he is invincible.

I think if amir really wants a fight, his team and promoters will make the fight. Both him and his team have the zero confidence, he just wants to take a chance with May or Pac, get the pay and leave. It's clear how they have directed his career

$5m & Wembley Stadium. Biggest fight of Khan's career.

Team Khan: OK, it's massive, but nobody knows Brook.
            Recent gates: Khan/Alexander 7.5k in 17k venue. Brook/Dan 11k sell out.

Team Khan: OK, people know Brook, but I only want really big fights.
Signs to fight Algieri. Nobody wants to see it.

Team Khan: Hearn's trash talk... blah, blah, blah.
            Yet another excuse.

Khan, consistent and solid as ever. Pu$$$y.
            Ouch!! That stings ........

Sorry homie ... tried to bump your green, but apparently I hit you up on another thread and the system won't let me hit you again.

It'll never cross Khan's mind though. He'll continue chasing Floyd and saying Kell/Hearn's trash talk means they'll never fight.

                    This was a duck/postponement

The reason given was complete BS just like what Mayweather is doing now

In recent weeks, Hearn and Brook have been blasting Khan for rejecting a June 13th showdown. Khan turned the fight down due to Ramadan. Both fighters are now set to return on the same day in May. Khan is looking at a possible fight with Chris Algieri, and Brook will defend his belt against countryman Frankie Gavin.

Shah says the Brook fight could have happened by now, but points the finger at Hearn for continuously disrespecting his son.

LMAO, just like Khan's talk ruined the Mayweather fight? Take a hike dude, Khan isn't calling any shots, he's been begging like a pauper for a Floyd fight for almost 3 years now.
