VADA does 1:1. USADA does not and they didn't dispute that in this article. However, they do use CIR testing and here's a link confirming the CIR but nothing about 1:1, which as far as I know is still 4:1 for USADA.

Now as for their credibility... it took them forever to catch Armstrong and they've yet to catch a boxer that I'm aware of. VADA cought PEDerson and I thought they busted someone else... Morales? Either way they're doing something right and USADA obviously is not.

One guys been documented to have been tested 4x already, and his blood taken 4x in one session. The other guy has no concrete evidence of even taking 1. You'd think with all the PED talk, he'd want to publicize every time he's taking a test. Why the hell wouldn't you???

You Flowmos are literally the worst fan base.

Y'all Flowmos don't believe a damn word that comes out of your mouths about this testing, and PED cheating that Floyd is doing. Most shameful fan base in all of sports. Not his normal fans, but the die hard Flowmo nation.

you do know that article didn't refute anything I said conte tried to say usada only tests cir only if an abnormality shows in testing results which usada refuted and said they test all on 4:1 ratio also lance is different case because he had all them doctors covering his ass along with the cycling govern body and his team mates usada usada always had his positive test results but was always swiped away by govern body of cycling and doctors got him finally because teammates had the records and turned it in

But if it tested 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 it wouldn't even be a failed test. Depending on the organization it takes > 4-6:1 ratio to constitute a fail iirc.

Both Ariza and Memo have admitted to "consulting" in respect to Floyd. Memo said to do something to help With Floyd's power

I know it didn't refute anything you said, I was correcting my misinformation. However, I can't find anything stating USADA allows 1:1. I know for a fact that NSAC and VADA only allow a 1:1 ratio or it's a fail and USADA still allows up to 4:1.

1:1 for VADA anything higher is a fail.

4:1 USADA, anything higher would be a fail.

1:1 NSAC, they used to be 6:1. It'w how Vanderlei(SP?) Silva and Sonnen got busted, Nevada cracked down and they didn't clean up from the super juices they were on. USADA may be 1:1 now, but I can't find anything saying it is.

That's completely wrong and you're 100% making it up. Just about every male athlete on earth is above a 1:1 ratio you dumbass.
