Would honestly put Kell Brook ahead of these guys, talent wise.
You can argue that these guys are world class, as they clearly had the dedication and talent to get this far, holding belts re re. However what people fail to understand that at the elite level, there are several levels. Few elite boxers today are may, pac, andre ward, rigondeaux re re

        Good point

Lee quillin Peterson Garcia nowhere near Floyd or Mannys level

        Not even on same planet

It's part of why ratings are low

If you're not gonna brawl at least display elite skill and they aren't doing it

Quillin and lee didn't fight like warriors
        Don't give a **** what anyone says
They were having a staring contest

And quillin talks about money in his interviews
        Why?
I couldn't care less what you getting paid
        Just fight hard
        But you can't anymore
Hasn't done so in his last few fights

That's why guys like manny , Floyd, golovkin, kovalev, roman, Lucas, Bradley, Thurman amongst others deserve respect, they are a rare breed. They fight hard when need be.

Of the guys listed, Thurman , Bradley and khan , I would class as legit. They actually can be competitive with Floyd and manny.
Bradley did win 4 rounds in the rematch.

Khan has ridiculous talent, talent in spades. But unless he magically shores up that chin issue, then he'll always be on the next tier down.
The chin isn't the issue. The issue is that he doesn't know how to hide it. He doesn't know how to use his attributes/abilities, etc etc.

Hitman and Wlad "made it" with chin issues.

I'm not so sure, I still remember Carson Jones putting serious leather on him and Brook not recovering so well. I also remember Senchenko, a none puncher hurting him, as well as the guy he fought before Porter putting leather on him. I think Brook has looked good as of recent but I'm not so sure, Brook is stocky as fuck too, I wonder if he makes the weight well.

Rigo was put down by much lesser opposition than Doniare.

                  Just saying.

Brook was touched up by Jones, he took a lot of punishment in that one where as Rigondeaux has either been rocked/ or dropped but still maintained his dominance.

Brook had a bloody nose where he could barely breathe...?

What happened in the rematch? What ended up happening to Senchenko ultimately? Maybe those guys on the list can hurt and put leather on Brook too but will they be able to beat him?

Porter was much better than those "guys" who put leather on Brook and what happened to Brook?
