Not sure why but I'm taking advantage of it - I'm just north of the USA / Canada border and a 2.5 hour drive away.

That casino has hosted a few FNF cards recently. Mayweather promotions and Tyson promotions have also used them recently. It's not too far from the Hall of Fame

Works for you but a fight like this that's guaranteed to blow the roof off with action should have been held at a venue closer to a major city where more fans would have attended. At least have it at the MGM Grand Foxwoods in CT.
