Hererra wasn't robbed in either fight after Garcia / Herrera I said it was a close fight ( I had it 7-5 Garcia but could understand if it went 7-5 Herrera ) that could have gone either way. I didn't even think Benevidas/ Hererra was that close 7-5 , 8-4 Benividas. But when you have Lampley screaming about being robbed from the 3rd round on it kind of skews people's perception of the fight. How'd you score it ?

Hererra has a dog **** style and it's almost impossible for a opponet to look good against most of his punches have no power behind them and just make contact his fights are ugly . He hasn't earned and doesn't deserve a rematch because he brings nothing to the table.

If he actually went on a run with notable names Id be down for a rematch but it probably won't happen because he's with GB and he's probably going to lose ( Robbed in your case ) against another B caliber opponet in his next couple fights. but keep believing that he should get a rematch and hold on to the night the People Champ almost won the real belts. hope it works out for you
      How sad...
It's funny how you seem to be a fan of robberies when convenient. If Danny one day somehow gets robbed, I hope I don't see you crying about it...

Herrera can't win big fights cause he gets robbed. I don't watch fights with commentary 99% of the time(not that it affects me), so that has nothing to do with it. I didn't hear their commentary.
I had the benavidez fight 116-112 Herrera. I didn't like this fight as I'm a fan of both guys and didn't want either to lose. Though the decision, though not his fault, has soured me on Benavidez a little.

I thought the Garcia fight was more lopsided. Garcia missed too much, got hit too much, and deserved to lose.
You're right, Herrera brings nothing to the table, except another beatdown. And that's the last thing Danny and his goons like you want.

Most people here and ringside had Herrera beating Danny and not by max one point, so you seem more like the anomaly here more than anything.

Obviously at this point it is completely obvious Danny and his group are just trying to cash out and aren't giving a **** about long term or legacy. It's all smoke and mirrors. He should have rematched Herrera pronto, should feel like he has to rematch Lamont eventually, and rematch Mathysee at some point this year. Even if he were to beat Maidana it doesn't mean **** at this point. Maidana is in the twilight of his career, been in a war in just about every fight, and is coming off two demoralizing losses where he peaked at the climax of his career. Now what, throw him in their with Danny? Yea I'd put my money on Maidana kicking his @ss but honestly for an elite fighter as some say Garcia is, how in the flying **** could he not be able to take apart Maidana with all the flaws he has shown throughout his extensive career.

I'm not a fan of robberies just stating my opinion. Trust me there won't be any tears on my end if Garcia gets robbed but I'll state my opinion.

Hererra doesn't win his " big " fights because his style sucks . When did Benavidez become a big fight.Hererras a tough out but with a unappealing style and being a no name he's not going to get the benifit of the doubt and with his pitty pat BS he pulls I don't think he should

And the way I score fights I guess I tend to lean towards the puncher on most fights. it seems you score differently and that's cool. I honestly can't beleive youd score it 8-4 against Benevidaz and if you that Garcia / Hererra was more lopsided what you gave Mairicio 9-10 rounds if that's the case I think your seeing fights through Hererra rose coloured glasses because no one gave Hererra 10 rounds even people that were claiming he won.

Hererra will never get a rematch because he is essentially a no name and won't beat the established names in his division. While his fans will cry robbery when he loses because it's almost impossible to look good against him and he's tough as nails. but if they ever did meet up again I don't think Garcia would have any problems this time but it would be a ugly fight.

Hererra doesn't even want his imaginary belt back from Benavidaz but keep cheering for the People's champ I'm sure his next fight will be buried on undercard somewhere on HBO or Espn.

As much as Benavidez isn't yet established, I would even take him against Garcia to be honest, so drop your "name" bull. How known you are has nothing to do with fighter quality.

I literally can't remember anyone except you giving the fight to Benavidez. I think you just wanted to see Herrera lose from the start so you felt better about what he did to Garcia.

How do you know he wouldn't beat the top fighters at 140? He's never fought them and those that he has he has beat. Need I remind you Peterson publicly turned down Herrera. Oh, and Garcia gets his ass kicked even worse in a hypothetical rematch, might even get dropped this time.

Cool, I will continue to watch Herrera do his thing buried on undercards and ESPN, while you continue to watch Danny embarass himself on primetime television. It's funny how you jokingly use the term people's champ but you support the "real" champ, you know, the fake one, the one who has the belts in name only, and the one who has the least claim to those titles.

Mathysse is a better opponent, better yet, the winner of Mathysse vs Ruslan, that fight is up for grabs. Can't wait for that fight.

                  Lol ?

When have you seen a guy with almost no power, walk guys down and box off the ropes.

Mike ALverado/ Ruslan/ Garcia/ Benavidez where all great fights.

A guy with no power was walking down Garcia, getting tagged by right hands lmao? Should've been easy to look good.

Of course you'd pick Benavidez to beat Garcia and you'd probably end up picking wrong.

Yeah I agree that how known a fighter is doesn't determine their qaulity but resume is a pretty good indicator and Hererras doesn't add up to much he's has 1 win over a decent name ( Ruslan) every other somewhat respectable name he comes up short. Was he robbed every time ?nAdd to that his style is not entertaining and he has no fans he's easily replaceable and forgettable. No wonder Lamont turned him down he brings nothing. Even if you get the win you won't look good doing it.

I've posted a couple times about this fight and I know I'm in the minority but there's been other posters saying they also thought Benevidez won. Honestly I think being in the minority is good sometimes especially on this site there's allot of groupthink.

If you call cleaning out your division and being the man at 140 with probably the best resume under 30 while headlining Primetime embarrassing himself cool I Guess Garcia is an embarrassment. Get some perspective though your pumping the tires of a fighter with 1 decent win off a fighter with 1 decent win himself Whos mostly known for losing to Bradley. Watch next time Hererra faces another respectable name he'll probably come up short again and you can cry that he got robbed again Wash rinse repeat.
