Yeah outboxes him, right before getting knocked down 5 times and losing on the cards because of that. This guy has suffered like 8 knock downs in 2 fights in a row. For reference, Amir Khan is called chinny and he was knocked down 8 times through 28 fights. Algieri managed to get knocked down the same number of times Khan did in 26 less fights. I don't know what's his problem, but the guy has some balancing issues or something, and he is not that elusive if he's been floored almost 10 times in 2 fights.

Khan: Good win, but lets remember that Garcia was getting tagged up a lot before it happened. Maybe he planned the left hook or maybe it was a hail mary lucky punch, but the fact remains that he couldn't defend himself before it landed, which shows his limitations as a fighter. Plus Khan has a terrible chin and is a mentally deficient fighter. In the context of Khan's chin and lack of a boxing brain this isn't a great win. ****ing Prescott beat Khan better and he didn't get tagged up to do so. The thing is Danny can't rely on power to knock out other top opponents because his power is largely a myth - he hasn't stopped anyone approaching world class apart from Khan.

Matthysse: Good win, but Matthysse, like Garcia, is ridiculously limited and overrated. In addition, if the eye trouble didn't happen, who knows what might have happened. This isn't an excuse because it did happen, but it definitely helped Garcia look a lot better.

Judah: Are you ****ing kidding me? Judah? The guy was way past it and still gave Garcia some troubles late. Judah was stopped in 5 by Khan 2 fights before for god sake and is a known bottler.

Herrera: That was a loss. Absolute gift. Also how are you claiming this as some sort of great win. Herrera doesn't have any power - literally none - and despite his boxing ability he still got beat comprehensively by the likes of Alvarado ffs.

Peterson: Another loss in the eyes of most objective boxing observers. Not as bad as the Herrera robbery but controversial nonetheless. In any case he got ran close and struggled with a guy who was stopped in 4 by Matthysse. Garcia was made to look silly a lot missing wildly and failing to cut the ring.

Lets be real, Garcia struggled with Holt, even a Morales about 3 weight classes and 8 years past his prime had some success. Put Garcia in with anyone top - Pac, Mayweather, Bradley, Thurman, he might get stopped (although his chin is one of his true great attributes) and if not he loses 12-0.

Peterson had been dropped by every top level opponent he had faced, and Danny couldn't even hurt him. Algieri would make him look silly.

Only on NSB can a guy win a fight, outland his opponent who by the way, came in at 165lbs with some TRT courage/stamina, only on NSB can these facts be spun into a loss for the winner. Proof that when you have a burning NEED to see a fighter lose, you can make it happen in that mind.

"But, so what about the compubox stats doe, and the first 6 rounds in which he ran, Peterson looked really cool when he did that bolo thing and it made me believe he was winning doe."

War Garcia. Danny and Angel are not yet done giving you fits and getting the win in the process. Buckle up kids, it's only the beginning.

I agree here. It's like I haven't seen any growth from Danny each fight. I would like to see him get a better jab, and not fight flat footed so much. I think this will arise when he does get defeated, and the issues will be even more glaring.

Throw a monster uppercut into that bag of new tricks too. Danny needs a new perspective. He can keep Angel to remind him to stay crispy, but it's time for an elite level trainer. Danny is a strong kid, defense is not all that bad...He certainly did not look anywhere near as bad as a few fighters who are praised on this forum only to be shutout for 12 rounds.

khan will always lose to garcia because he has poor head movement and a weak guard.
