Sergio also cherry picked Cotto over GGG and he didn't get **** for that either. Instead we got "Cotto beat a cripple lol." It comes with the "look at Cotto fighting for the MW title at a catchweight." Completely ignoring that's how Sergio won it in the first place lol.
Again, don't see what Sergio Martinez has to do with anything.
Even if he did win it a catchweight, so what? His fans don't say **** like "Martinez only fights at the full weight when Lineages are involved."
All I remember is people saying how badly Sergio was going to wreck Cotto. In fact, I remember DiBella and peopel agreeing saying hes houldn't fight GGG because he hadn't fought in a year. If you know a thread by heart or a post where he was grilled I'll gladly say I was wrong. I don't remember any of those posts at all.
