That's not what he said first in that interview. what memo said regarding PED's in the interview makes him suspect to you, yet him saying he doesn't give them to athletes in the same sentence in the same interview is to justify his actions. OK, that's what I expect from Manny fans like yourself.

These guys probably really are exhausted after a grueling camp. They are older now, there's a point where it gets to be too much. After they give this fight everything, I wouldn't be upset if either or both of them retire.

Yeah, I think they're both conditioned and ready to go. The next 2 weeks is probably just maintenance with emphasis on working on technique, mainly Pacquiao's camp.
