yes he did. memo can say whatever he wants, its not gonna change the fact that he came out and openly admits he's created peds way ahead of the testing protocols (major red flag). u can be a rapist, get sentence, do ur time, comes out and tell me u're a change man and i'll still look at u the same.
You obviously selectively pick what you choose to believe. Memo said in an interview, after Mayweather/Pacquaio was signed, that he is not working with Floyd Mayweather, but you probably choose not to believe that because it doesn't suit your agenda.
