No bitterness, you just have to call it like you see it. Nothing worse than blind Nationalistic pride. Really ****** to root for a guy just cause he comes from a certain background. Just recognize when a fighter lost and that's it. Two times now that Garcia has had controversial wins, Herrera and Peterson. Then he fights Salka, a Pros Vs. Joes kind of fight. Thought Herrera and Peterson won those fights, myself. Have nothing against Garcia, just think he is kind of hyped.

Also, you don't have to be a fan of a guy to see a fight and who won the bout. Don't be invested in a fighter and just see the fight and score it without bias.

Garcia is a very limited fighter.

He got lucky with a no look left hook against Khan and has been living on borrowed time as a world champ ever since.

I thought Garcia won a close fight because Peterson mostly ran and threw and landed very few punches in the early rounds. Garcia was the aggressor and although he couldn't hit the fleeing Peterson much there was damn near nothing coming back from Peterson. You don't win rounds by running and making the other guy miss unless you also make him pay. Garcia landed more punches in the early rounds. Peterson came on strong late in the fight and won those rounds. If Peterson had gone on the attack earlier in the fight he might have won the fight but he didn't so I think the right guy won. Garcia looked lousy and I would certainly pick Matthysse to beat him in a rematch. There will never be a rematch because Garcia has become a cherry picker and he knows Matthysse is no cherry.

Winning by proxy is the only possible way Matthysse can beat Garcia. He badly wants a rematch but Garcia has no intentions of giving him one. Garcia plays it safe by fighting a guy Matthysse KOed in 3 rounds not long ago. Garcia's two previous fights were against a guy ranked 20th and a catchweight fight with an unranked fighter. He has not fought anybody in the top ten since he beat Matthysse. He has not been a good champion. I am proud to be a Matthysse fan and glad I am not a Garcia fan. His reputation is going down hill fast.

Not really a Peterson fan. Actually I was rooting for Garcia, and he didn't deserve that w. He couldnt get any work done on peterson when he was "running" which showed that Garcia is missing the skillset of cutting off the ring on a boxer. He lost man snap out of it.
